Fry our Canadian Bacon slices in a pan or under the broiler to serve hot with breakfast alongside our Jowl Bacon and Hillbelly Sausage. Make breakfast sandwiches by layering a hot slice and a fried egg between a biscuit, English muffin, or toast.
Each package of slices is around 2.5 lbs - store in freezer.
