A delicacy from the Great Lake Regions, this herring is smoked by fifth-generation Susie-Q Fish Company of Two Rivers, Wisconsin.

Fully cooked and ready to eat or simple to heat and serve warm. Serve on sea-cuterie boards paired with our Smoked Seafood Dip and Salmon varieties, For entrees, toss with salad greens, rice, egg dishes, and more. 

Each whole fish is about 10-14 oz. Store in freezer. Consume within 14 days of thawing.

Optional heating instructions: Remove fish from freezer and packaging to thaw completely. Preheat oven to 250F. Place on a lightly oiled oven safe pan. Cover the pan with a loose "tent" of aluminum foil, sealing the edges tightly around the rim of the pan. Heat in the oven warmed through. Exact timing will depend on how cold the fish is going into the oven--we usually start checking after about 20 minutes.
