This rainbow trout is responsibly raised in the Danish countryside. It then gets hand packed after being smoked over natural wood in a micro-cannery just outside of Copenhagen.
Enjoy with a dash of Cherry Tequila Hot Sauce. Toss with chickpeas, Smoked Chorizo Sausage, cabbage, and bacon bits.
