These anchovies are caught in the Cantabrian Sea using the purse seine method and sourced from Europe's first and only MSC-certified sustainable anchovy fishery. They are hand-packed by a third-generation, family-owned cannery in Spanish extra virgin olive oil using an artisanal process perfected over the decades.

Anchovies are great fresh from the can with good bread and butter. Try simmering them into a rich tomato sauce for pasta or stirred into Caesar salad.
