Our crowd-favorite butchering class is back. Space is limited and we've received numerous requests for this class -- don't wait to claim your spot!

Together the class will go nose to tail, breaking down an entire whole hog by hand using old-school, seam butchery techniques. 

Participants take home a prime selection of the fresh pork we'll be butchering together that evening. 

Dress the part for this class and behind-the-scenes tour of Smoking Goose's USDA-inspected smokehouse -- we'll provide your butcher's uniform, including a Smoking Goose butcher's hat for you to take home along with your fresh pork.

Enjoy a hearty private tasting with drinks at break time, too.
