We tossed thick-cut cubes of our Jowl Bacon with house-made sweet and savory marinade featuring Local's Salamat Ube Syrup

Simply heat till crispy and enjoy with a das of Cherry Chili Tequila Hot Sauce by Truly Natural

Each package approximately 12 oz. Keep refrigerated, or freeze for longer storage.

We recommend serving these Burnt Ends warm. Empty the package into an oven-safe dish and preheat oven to 395F. Heat--stirring occasionally--for about 20 minutes or until warmed through and crispy exterior. (Heating time depends on how cold they are going into the oven.)
