We poached lobster tails in butter, shallot, thyme, and lemon to blend with orecchiette pasta and a rich cheese sauce we made with local triple-cream Trillium cheese, Kenny's white cheddar, Pinot Grigio white wine, and more.

Each tray is approximately 1.5lbs. Store in freezer.
Ingredients: Lobster tails, lobster stock, Pinot Grigio wine, Trillium triple cream cheese, Orecchiette pasta, butter, flour, heavy whipping cream, roasted garlic, white cheddar, thyme, nutmeg, salt, panko, parmesan, shallot, lemon, thyme, shallot, bay leaf.
Heating instructions from frozen:
1. Remove from freezer and thaw in refrigerator prior to heating.
2. Preheat oven to 400F Remove lobster mac's plastic packaging and cover its baking tin loosely with aluminum foil. Place directly on oven rack and bake for about 10-15 minutes.
4. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes or until heated through and golden brown delicious on top. Exact timing depends on how cold it was going into the oven.
5. Allow to cool 2-3 minutes before serving.
