We made this pork-free bacon jam with our beef bacon, lamb bacon, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, caramelized onions, paprika, and more.
We recommend letting this bacon jam come to room temp -- or ideally heating it up a bit. Great on a sandwich with our Salame Cotto and Cinderblock Smoked Cheddar by Cheese Brothers.
