Hand-cut slices of sirloin steak pasture raised by our friends at Fischer Farms in Jasper, Indiana, that we marinated under smashed garlic, hickory salt, soy sauce, fresh bell peppers, and more.
Fully marinated and seasoned so it's ready to simply sear and serve with warm tortillas, fresh cilantro, and a dash of hot sauce.
16 oz pouch. Raw and ready to cook at home. Store in freezer until ready to cook.
Ingredients: sirloin steak, bell peppers, soy sauce, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, lime juice, sea salt, black pepper, hickory salt.
Cooking instructions:
- Remove from freezer and thaw. (Use within 24 hours of removal from freezer.) Drain some of the marinade off and discard.
- Preheat skillet over a medium-high heat with 1-2 Tbsp high heat oil (or try our Leaf Lard)
- Add marinated sirloin and bell peppers to the preheated pan and allow them to brown, but not burn, for about 5 minutes without stirring.
- Stir sirloin and bell peppers gently and continue to cook until vegetables are tender and steak is done to your preference (medium rare is approximately 165°F internal temp).
- Serve as you like.
