We braised duck with brandy, port, shallot, garlic, and spices before blending in Berkshire pork, smoked pistachio, dried cranberries, and candied blood orange peel. After lining terrine molds with slices of our Applewood Bacon, we packed this rich mixture to cook low and slow. 

Fully cooked and ready to eat, we recommend removing the packaging and letting this terrine come to room temp to serve with Spent Grain Crackers and cornichon.

Each package about 8oz. Store in the refrigerator or freeze to extend storage.

Ingredients: pork, duck, duck heart, duck liver, chicken, Applewood Bacon (Pork Belly, Salt, Brown Sugar, Cane Sugar, Maple Syrup, Celery Powder, Cherry Powder) our leaf lard,, egg, heavy cream, panko bread crumb, shallot, garlic, pistachio, cranberries, candied blood orange peel (orange peel, sugar), parsley, thyme, brandy, port wine, nutmeg, coriander, back pepper, salt.
