We made our new, seasonal Bacon Jam with with our Applewood Smoked Bacon and Jowl Bacon plus vanilla bean paste, maple syrup, Midwest-grown cherries, and Kalamazoo Stout from our friends at Bell's Brewery in Comstock, Michigan.
Serve on sandwiches like City Ham and grilled cheese. Pair with creamy, rich cheeses like Trillium Triple Cream along with our Sweet & Spicy Pecans.
