After working with his sons to create a milk collection center in the 1930s to help local farmers sell their milk, Luigi Moro founded Moro Formaggi just after the end of World War II.
Today, Luigi's grandson Sergio Moro continues the tradition, and his latest cheese is soaked in organic La Jara Pinot Grigio Rosé, a dry, elegant sparkling wine.
