This French Raclette is aged a minimum of 8-12 weeks and has a melt-in-your-mouth fruity and gamey cheese.
Made to be melted! Broil until golden and bubbly to serve over potatoes and generous cuts of our Applewood Smoked City Ham and Jowl Bacon. Pair with your favorite pickles.
