We tossed thick-cut cubes of our Jowl Bacon with house-made Brown Sugar Spice Rub and smoked 'em over fruit wood before finishing these luscious bites with our glaze blending local honey, cherries, and apple butter from Doud's Orchard.
We recommend serving these Burnt Ends warm. Empty the package into an oven-safe dish and preheat oven to 350F. Heat--stirring occasionally--for about 10 minutes or until warmed through. (Heating time depends on how cold they are going into the oven.)
