Twelve large helix snails stuffed in shells with garlic and parsley compound butter. Each snail is hand-sorted by size, washed, and cooked in an aromatic bouillon in France's oldest factory, founded in 1796.
Follow instructions on the package to grill or bake and serve bubbling hot in the traditional dish with a crusty baguette. We like topping each shell with our bacon bits or finely diced pancetta.
