Goat milk caramel sauce is made in traditional “Mexican Cajeta” style by spending hours boiling their goats' milk with pure non-GMO cane sugar. Serve over ice cream and in coffee, as a dip from fruit and cheeses, and even as a finishing glaze for our Jowl Bacon and City Ham.
