Mussels in Basil Pesto by Fishwife

Responsibly raised in the cold, deep waters of southern Chile, these mussels are only harvested during their peak season. Each tin is hand packed with Spanish olive oil, fresh basil, and garlic.

Enjoy on Broad Ripple Chips with a dash of Cherry Tequila Hot Sauce.
