Chris Roelli is a certified Master Cheesemaker and carries on the cheesemaking tradition his great grandfather brought to Wisconsin from his native Switzerland. His Dunbarton Blue is an English-style cheddar with a hint of blue veining that's open air cured with a natural rind.

Mild and creamy, this striking cheese is a crowd pleaser. Pairing with our Dodge City Salame and Salame Cotto.

Each piece about 8 oz. Keep refrigerated.
