We blended ground beef from Black Angus raised on pasture by our friends at Fischer Farms in Jasper, Indiana, with our 'Nduja plus shallots, mustard, garlic, ramps, paprika, and more. 

Take this seasoned ground beef to pan fry for an excellent layer in your lasagna. Use it to start your chili and sloppy joes. Add it to the pan with our arrabbiata for a hearty meat sauce to top pasta, roasted veggies, nachos, even a meaty version of shakshouka. For a quick but delicious burger, simply patty and pop on the grill -- we especially like these burgers topped with slices of our Jowl Bacon and Cabot's Habanero Cheddar.

Each package about 1 lb; store in freezer upon arrival and thaw before cooking
