These sardines are wild caught in the Northeastern Atlantic in the winter months during peak sardine season, and hand-packed with extra virgin olive oil, hot pepper and a touch of sea salt.

Serve with Broad Ripple Chips and Gavi Hot Chili Sauce. Combine with our Arrabbiata sauce, olives, and capers for a quick and easy pasta puttanesca style sauce.
