The octopus is wild caught by catch of the highly managed Alaskan Cod Fishing industry. Giant Pacific Octopus live in the north Pacific Ocean, along the continental shelf.
This product is highly versatile, it is delicious right out of the can, but it is also an amazing addition to a salad or pasta. One of our favorite ways to enjoy it is in a fresh ceviche. Packed in Organic Olive Oil.
