Whole Spanish mackerel we seasoned with juniper berries, lemon, garlic, parsley, capers, and Agrumato’s Lemon Olive Oil before stuffing them with fresh lemon slices and smoking ‘em over fruitwood.
Fully cooked, this mackerel is easy to heat and serve hot (see heating instructions below. Serve over Castelluccio De Norcia Organic Lentils with Guanciale lardons.
Each fish is approximately 0.75 - 1.25 lbs
Store in the refrigerator or freeze to extend storage up to six months.
Ingredients: whole Spanish Mackerel, tomato, juniper berry, pink Himalaya sea salt, black pepper, brown sugar, lemon peel, roasted garlic, marjoram, sage, rosemary, lemon, garlic, parsley, capers, Agrumoto lemon olive oil
Reheating Instructions: remove from packaging and allow to come to room temp. Wrap fish loosely in tin foil and heat in 300F oven or grill until warmed through.
