First we tossed thick-cut cubes of our Hot Smoked Wagyu Beef Bologna with house-made Pastrami Rub and smoked 'em over fruit wood before finishing 'em under our house-made barbecue sauce.
We recommend serving these Burnt Ends warm. Empty the package into an oven-safe dish and preheat oven to 395F. Heat--stirring occasionally--for about 10 minutes or until warmed through. (Heating time depends on how cold they are going into the oven.)
Each package approximately 12 oz. Keep refrigerated, or freeze for longer storage.
