Somerdale's Tintern Cheddar is named after Tintern Abbey in Wales where the shallots used in its production were originally farmed.
The creamy texture is delicious on cheese boards as well as on sandwiches. Pair with our Wagyu Beef Bologna, Capocollo di Dorman, and City Ham.
Each piece is about 6.5 oz. Keep refrigerated.
