The Popote is a small company born in 2015 in Tarare, a city located 50km from Lyon, France.
Fruity with a slight accent of rum, this mustard is suitable for duck meat or beef pieces marinated in a red wine sauce. We recomment plating alongside our Duck Prosciutto and Spruce Trip Bresaola on a charcuterie board.
