Pickling: the timeless trend! During this hands-on class, we'll break down pickling techniques step-by-step and practice the fundamentals of quick pickling and brining as well as how to riff on recipes and make your own signature flavors in home kitchens.
Each participant takes home all the refrigerator pickle varieties you make during class plus a package of Smoking Goose's house pickling spice mix and a Smoking Goose 10th Anniversary market tote.
All food and drink is also included, as well as a behind-the-scenes tour of Smoking Goose's USDA-inspected meatery and your own Smoking Goose butcher beanie hat.
This is an in-person event at Public Smokehouse inside Smoking Goose at 411 Dorman St Indy 46202 and $100 per person.
