We started by curing salmon under Ouzo--Greece's traditional anise-flavored aperitif--plus grapefruit and lemongrass before whipping the salmon with fresh goats' milk chevre, cream cheese, and fresh marjoram, parsley, scallions, capers, and more.

Serve with Everything Organic Flatbread or your favorite bagels. Pair with our Good Food Award winning Saucisson Rouge on charcuterie boards, too.
