We rubbed these Berkshire pork shoulders with our house "Kiss the Bricks" spice blend, named in honor of the Speedway's Indy 500 tradition and featuring foraged wild ramps. 

Smoked low and slow over peach tree wood and oak, this seasoned pulled pork is fully cooked and ready to eat right out of the package or simple to heat and serve hot as a centerplate entrée or pulled pork sandwich. See easy heating instructions below.

Serve paired with our picked red onions and Hops Cheese by Tulip Tree Creamery.

16 oz package. Keep refrigerated or freeze for longer storage.

Ingredients: pork shoulder, Ramp salt (dehydrated ramps, salt, garlic powder, onion) powder),  paprika, black pepper, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, ground mustard, cayenne pepper

Heating Instructions: 

Remove from packaging and spread out the pulled pork on an oven/grill-safe pan and cover the pan loosely with tin foil. Heat in a 300F oven or on the top rack of the grill for about 20 minutes or until heated through. Exact timing depends on how cold the pulled pork was when it went into the oven/grill.
