Our 2018 Limited Release Holiday Ham is boneless, whole muscle ham raised on pasture at Gunthrop Farms in LaGrange, Indiana. Cured under Lake House Spiced Rum from Cardinal Spirits distillery in Bloomington, Indiana, plus ginger, lime, pineapple, mint, and star anise. After curing low and slow for over three weeks, each ham smokes over smoldering rum barrel staves.
Our Lake House Rum Holiday Hams are fully cooked and ready to eat. To serve warm, simple heating instructions are included with each delivery.
