2021 limited release Holiday Ham

Pasture-raised, boneless ham cured under tangerine peel and rosemary before smoking over embers of salvaged peach tree wood from a local orchard in Daviess county, Indiana. Finished with a tangerine, rosemary, and mustard glaze spiked with clove, cinnamon, turmeric, and bay leaves.

Fully cooked and glaze is already on the ham inside the packaging.

Easy to heat & carve as a traditional holiday entrée: get simple heating instructions. Or slice ham steaks to fry for brunch. Shave or dice ham for sandwiches, eggs, beans + more. Cube and skewer for cocktail garnish.
