Just in time for holiday entertaining, join us for an evening with Public Smokehouse staff member Amber and learn the art of assembling a festive charcuterie board. 

Enjoy drinks and a spread of hors d'oeuvres while listening as Amber shares a series of charcuterie board techniques. Watch as she builds a beautiful board and discusses the art of pairing and using unique accoutrements like sweet & spicy pecans.

Go behind-the-scenes on a tour of Smoking Goose including our USDA-inspected production areas, Salumi & Cured Meat Aging Rooms, plus more. We'll also take you out back to see our live smoker and learn about smoking fish.

Amber will open up the discussion for any questions and talk about how great smoked products are on charcuterie boards.

After the tour, visit sampling stations throughout Public Smokehouse to taste an array of award winning products and use your newly acquired plating skills to assemble your own take home charcuterie board. While moving from station to station, try your hand at various techniques such as making salame roses and decorative cheese cutting tricks.

In addition to the take-home charcuterie spread you will assemble during snack time, you'll also take home a commemorative branded cutting board, one Smoking Goose small-format salame of your choice, and informative materials about what Amber covered during class.
