 that we cured for 30 days under Lake House Spiced Rum distilled by our friends at Cardinal Spirits, along with ginger, lime, star anise, mint syrup, and pineapple.

Smoked over cherry wood.


  • Whole Ham: about 8-10 lbs each
  • Half Ham: about 4 -5 lbs each

Fully cooked, and ready to eat right out of the package or simple to heat and serve hot as an entree center plate + more.

Best-by date sticker indicates 75 day refrigerated shelf life, and freezing all extends storage to 365 days after printed date.
