Atlantic Salmon that we spice brined and hot smoked over fruitwood. Finished under with chimichurri we made with fresh herbs and locally foraged Creeping Jenny flowers, this smoked salmon is fully cooked and ready to eat.

Simple to heat and serve hot with pasta or polenta, especially alongside our Smoked Locally Foraged Mushrooms. Ideal for a sea-cuterie board paired with your favorite tinned seafood and preserved Meyer lemon

Each fillet about 5 oz. Keep refrigerated.
