These hand-pattied burgers blend Black Angus raised on pasture by our friends at Fischer Farms in Jasper, Indiana, with our 'Nduja plus shallots, mustard, garlic, ramps, paprika, and more.

Grill or cook on the stovetop to serve between buns -- we especially like 'em topped with slices of our Jowl Bacon and Cabot's Habanero Cheddar.
