We tossed thick-cut cubes of our Applewood Bacon under a rich glaze we made with bourbon, pecans, ginger beer, and spices. Double-smoked over peach tree wood, these rich bacon burnt ends are fully cooked and simply to heat and serve (see easy heating instructions below).
Serve as an appetizer or bar snack. Pair with our Smokehouse Bavarian Mustard.
Each package is about 12 oz. Keep refrigerated, or freeze for longer storage.
Heating Instructions:
Empty the package into an oven-safe dish and preheat oven to 350F. Heat--stirring occasionally--for about 10 minutes or until warmed through. Exact heating time depends on how cold they are going into the oven.
