This 2018 Good Food Award winner is named for the Cream of Vermont or "Cremont." It's a double-cream cows' + goats' milk cheese with a unique cream color rind and luxurious, smooth interior.

Pairing with Cacao Nib Crackers, fresh figs, and Saucisson Rouge.
