Bacon Bits are a blend of our black pepper Jowl Bacon + our Applewood Smoked Bacon that we cut clean and fast in our shiny new Buffalo Chopper, aka Bowl Chopper. The sharp blades spin super fast while the bacon rotates in a vessel, or bowl, beneath them. Less smearing, cleaner cut distinction, and higher quality bacon bits all from our fine tuning with this new process while using the same Bacon recipes we know and love.

Ready to eat and so simple to add to omelettes, chili, mac 'n cheese, top ice cream, fold into rice crispy treats, sprinkle over salads (tossed greens, egg salad, chicken salad, seafood salad, and more), blend into soups, stew, sauces, egg dishes...the possibilities are endless.
