Our 2019 Limited Release Holiday Ham is boneless, whole muscle ham raised on pasture at Gunthorp Farms in LaGrange, Indiana. After curing low and slow for over three weeks under apricots and house made cider mustard each ham smokes over smoldering rum barrel staves. We then glaze the hams with and apricot and tarragon glaze.
Our Apricot, Tarragon and Mustard hams are fully cooked and ready to eat. To serve warm, simple heating instructions are included with each delivery.
